Warranty Claims

60-Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use during the 60-day warranty period. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, Owltra may, at its discretion, provide an appropriate remedy.

This warranty does not cover any issues caused by:

Water damage
Misplacement or loss of parts by the user
Unconventional or unintended use of the product
Misuse, abuse, or negligence
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
Modifications or alterations not approved by Owltra

For products that become faulty outside of the 60-day warranty period, new units may be available for purchase. Please contact us for current availability and pricing.

Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with warranty service unless otherwise approved by Owltra.

Please note that all warranty claims are reviewed and handled at the sole discretion of Owltra's customer service team. Proof of purchase, product condition, and the nature of the defect will be considered when evaluating warranty eligibility.
