Warranty Claims

60-Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. We will replace or repair the product if it is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Water damage
• Misplacement of parts by the user
• Unconventional use of the products
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Modifications or alterations not approved by Owltra.
